The latest film from the much acclaimed director of Three Times and Millennium Mambo, Ballon Rouge is a French language remake of an earlier French film of the same name from Taiwan's Hou Hsiao-Hsien. The film stars Juliette Binoche as the mother of a young boy who is seemingly being followed around Paris by a red balloon.
