EFM: Kôji Shiraishi's A SLIT-MOUTHED WOMAN (KUCHISAKE-ONNA)

Distribution rights for Kôji Shiraishi's A Slit-Mouthed Woman (Kuchisake-onna) are to be offered for sale by Twin Co. Ltd. (K.K. Tsuin) at this year's European Film Market (EFM) in Berlin, Germany. The movie is scheduled to be screened at the dffb-Kino on Friday February 9th at 11:20 a.m. and Saturday February 10th at 8:00 p.m.. Tornado Film K.K. (K.K. Torunêdo Firumu) is scheduled to release it theatrically in Japan on March 17th.

The screenplay for A Slit-Mouthed Woman was written by Shiraishi and Naoyuki Yokota. The movie stars (listed order corresponds to order in teaser trailer) Eriko Satô, Haruhiko Katô, Chiharu Kawai, Rie Kuwana, Kazuyuki Matsuzawa, Kaori Sakagami, Ryôko Takizawa, Yûrei Yanagi, Saaya Irie (a.k.a. Saaya - on the left), and Miki Mizuno.
