Wow! I agree..Shu Qi is hot! I also agree that she was great in "So Close" as well as "Transporter" and "Eye 2". I recall a rumor that there were plans for a "So Close" sequel but I guess that's been shelved, which makes sense since her character died (although I think Zhao Wei could have carried the movie alone). Definitely looking forward to seeing this movie.

James.. you could have, at least, warned us that you were going to type up a spoiler for "So Close"...

Sorry about that Orien! I figured since "So Close" has been out for a while (2002) I didn't think it would hurt but you're right, my bad. For those who haven't seen it yet...it's definitely a must see for fans of Shu Qi and is one of my all time favorite Corey Yuen films (next to She Shoots Straight).

i still want Shin Eun-kyung to be the actor in this film damn...

damn ya where is shin eun-kyung. i was waiting for this movie until i realized shu qi starred in it. dont get me wrong i love shu qi as an actress, but she doesnt work well with as a kickass babe like shin since im so used to her

I agree I'm use Shin Eun-kyung being the actress in this film she has the face and attitude for it Shu qi looks to fragile although that can be used as a good element of surprise and deception and what happened to Zhang Ziyi staring in the trilogy thats what I have been waiting for

one more thing I watched the trailer and all I saw was swords and sabers what happened to the whole scissor gang concept fighting with scissor shaped blades? stick to the story line from one and two

Yeah!! I agree with dino, purplehaze and KING. This movie is a trilogy and all of us (fans of Shin Eun-Kyung) is waiting for the rematch of Shin and Zhang in this last part. This movie could've been much better if Shin was still the Gang Boss. I still want her.

Yeah, I was anticipating that the 3rd sequel was gonna star Shin Eun-kyung simply because she was the lead actor in the first two movies. No offence to Shu Qi but this is suck a downer

yes, i agree, Shin Eun-Kyung is a must for the role! Shu qi does not have the same gansta style nor image as that of Shin Eun-Kyung..i guess it's tooooo late now...but Shin Eun-Kyung can come back in my wife's a gansta 4 and assassinate shu qi

yeah! i think they were right the original cast is still the best., even though shu Qi is great shin eun-kyung has got the real guts in fighting attitude that makes the movie great....i hope they understand charisma is still there.
