Takashi Ishii's FLOWER AND SNAKE 2: PARIS/SHIZUKO (HANA TO HEBI 2: PARI/SHIZUKO), starring Aya Sugimoto (Sugimoto Aya)

Takashi Ishii's Flower and Snake 2: Paris/Shizuko (Hana to hebi 2: Pari/Shizuko) is scheduled to be released on sale DVD (DSTD-02450; NTSC, region 2, no subtitles) in Japan by Toei Video K.K. (Tôei Bideo K.K.) on September 21st. The movie was released theatrically in Japan by Toei Video on March 26th.
As was previously reported here on Twitch, the screenplay for Flower and Snake 2: Paris/Shizuko was written by Ishii, and was ultimately based on a series of novels by Oniroku Dan. The movie's principal cast (as listed on the cast page of the official website) is as follows: Aya Sugimoto, Ken'ichi Endô, Fujiko, Mieko Arai, Yôzaburô Itô, Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi, Tôru Shinagawa, Shun Nakayama, and Jô Shishido.
Earlier this year, on May 31st, Media Blasters Inc. released Ishii's Flower and Snake (Hana to hebi) on DVD (TSDVD-0512; NTSC, region 1, English subtitles) in the U.S..

Wah! Surprise trailer RULES! Gom, you sly dog, where did you find that? I am so looking forward to that hitting DVD and, no, I'm not saying what it is ... you'll have to click it for yourself. And you really should.
Hana To Hebi 2 screened at the Philadelphia Film Festival the week before I arrived ... seemed to have been generally well received. Not really one to watch with your mother, though.
