Anyway, nosing around and discovered this one. Doreamon is that cute little blue fella that anyone who has looked over any Anime stuff should instantly recognise. Sure, unlikely that many will be a fan as such, but how can you resist? Looks very nicely made.

I LOVE Doraemon. Problem is (as far as I know) there are no Englush subbed DVDs and I cannot understand Japanese. Never found any fansubbed Doraemon movies either (except a double disc bootleg that had bogus subs and two 1970s films).

Anybody know if and when Doraemon will *finally* be subbes or licensed etc? Because it is a shame that we have no Doraemon to enjoy!

Any tips would be greatly appreciated! :-)

As we all know that doraemon is a very interesting cartoon
I would like 2 tel u that in thailand doraemon is liscenced, hence now they are very few doraemon(movies and episodes) left for us to watch. As i'm a very great fan of doraemon i'm not happy tht why doraemon are very few left. and it takes 2 long yrs to reach thailand .its not enjoyable to read comics b4 watchin the actual movie.i think all the thai fans also think so .i will apreciat if the cartoon releases faster out here and more new episodes comes.....................frm thai guy

I like doraemon very much. I like everything in it and i appreciate Mr.FUJIKO F FUJO very much for creating doraemon and his friends. As i am a thai guy........ now doraemon are lisence since 4-5 years already and i can't find doraemon anywhere. But still i can find very very very very few of doraemon now. Really very few!!!!. The doraemon 2005 Wanyan one, i still didn't watch it because in thailand its not yet release. And also the new animation of the Nobita no Kyoryu 2006 movie.I would like to watch it very much.....
I m a really great fan, um.....i mean very very very great fan of DORAEMON.(i mean it really)... I would like the cartoonists and all the workers and producers of doraemon to create more and more doraemon the movie and doraemon series. I love all u guys and thanks for all the enjoyment u have given to me and every1.

There should be a DORAEMON DVD subtitled in english!!!
We cannot such DVDs here in the Philippines, where Doraemon is translated in our language, it is a top-rated tv program here in our country. Too bad we cannot understand its movie versions!!!

IS THERE SOMEONE OUT THERE? WHO HAS A HEART BIG ENOUGH TO TRANSLATE
DORAEMON MOVIES FOR ALL OF US FANS WHO CANNOT UNDERSTAND A SINGLE JAPANESE WORD. I AM CRAZY OVER DORAEMON, I HAVE HIS STUFF TOY WHICH I ADORE VERY MUCH, AND A DVD WHICH I CANNOT UNDERSTAND.

I'm a Huge Doraemon fan.
I'm an Indonesian guy living in Sydney, Australia.
I'm experiencing the same problem just like you guys.
The only Doraemon movies available here in Sydney have no english subtitle and also dubbed in cantonese.
No offense to cantonese speaking people but it's really annoying having to watch Doraemon in other language than japanese :(
PLEASEEEE put a proper english subtitle in all Doraemon series and movies!!!

i have the dvd of the latest doraemon movie (with english subtitle). i love it! it made me cry... he's my favorite character of all time!
